What about shipping cost? We offer worldwide shipping to most countries for a flat shipping fee of 20 USD for one vendor/origin country. Our shipping method is Registered Air Mail, and please note that some envelopes are traceable online, while others are not.

We currently distribute a wide range of AAS and other pharma products from four different warehouses: Asia 1, Asia 2, Europe 1, and Europe 2. Each warehouse has varying delivery and customs clearance times. On average, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 weeks after the shipping day.

What about reshipment? Yes, we do offer reshipments. We ship our products worldwide to ensure that you receive your order.

How long until my order ships? Once your order status is updated to “Processed,” it can take up to 3-5 days to receive the tracking number. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) to North and South America is generally 10-15 days. However, during holidays or adverse local weather conditions, it may take up to 4 or even 5 weeks for delivery.

Do you have a minimum order requirement? No, at Peptide Fusion, we do not have a minimum order requirement. You are free to purchase only the products you desire.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept the most discreet and fastest payment methods. Please refer to the final checkout page for available options.

How long does it take to receive my order? The shipping time varies due to factors such as postal service efficiency, customs clearance, and international transit. Based on our statistics and previous experience, we estimate an arrival time of 7-14 days after shipment.

What shipping methods do you use? We primarily ship by regular/registered air mail. In some cases, we may use EMS/DHL/FEDEX for certain shipments. Our chosen shipping methods ensure the highest rate of successful delivery, as they do not require a prescription, are not traceable, and do not require a signature upon delivery (although a signature may be required in some instances). They can also be shipped to PO Boxes and offer maximum discretion. Please be aware that if you buy from the USA, Canada, or Australia, you may need to have a legal medical prescription, although it is not always necessary. We advise consulting your country’s customs laws before making a purchase.

Where do you ship from? What about returns? To ensure smooth customs clearance, we use different shipping locations. We ship from Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Thailand, which house various supplier warehouses.

What about delays? Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to postal service procedures. In such cases, the delivery time may be slightly longer. The provided estimated date is approximate, and we cannot guarantee delivery time. Various reasons, including customs procedures, may cause delays, even up to 3-4 weeks from the estimated arrival date.

What is your success delivery rate? Our success delivery rate is 98%.

What happens if my package gets seized? If your package(s) are seized (which happens in only 1-2% of orders), we will resend the order. To proceed with the reshipment, we will require you to provide us with a scan of the customs letter at 120 dpi to verify the seizure and avoid scammers.

When your package(s) are seized, customs will send you a letter describing the seized items and providing a deadline for response and potential claim. If no action is taken within the specified timeframe, the customs authorities may destroy the seized items.

What items are illegal in my country?

To be transparent, we cannot guarantee knowledge of all the laws and restrictions in every country worldwide, as they can vary and change frequently. We recommend contacting your local government or visiting their official website to inquire about the laws and restrictions pertaining to the specific products you are interested in. We are committed to shipping the products you have ordered to the address you provided. However, please note that if the products are returned or destroyed due to legal issues, the responsibility lies with you. We will follow your directions and ensure discreet packaging to protect your privacy.

Tracking your order:

You can track your order at any time by visiting your local postal service’s website. Please allow up to 4 business days for your tracking number to become active and start displaying information.
